Leasing period (of 24 hrs) for the Villa is calculated from 8A.Mto 7 A.M.
At the time of advance booking 50% amount of Villarent is to be deposited along with security deposit Rs. 5000. The balance 50% rent should be deposited at least 7 days prior to thedate of function.
The said security deposit amountis totally refundable. But if any breakage or damages occur in the Villa during the function,damage charges will be deducted from the security deposit.
Booking amountis not refundable in any Circumstances.
24 hours generator support is available.
VDO camera, Coffee machine, Mixture machine, Exhaust fan etc. will be off while generatorwill support the electric supply.
Garbage and wastage is to be dumped in the particular places only.
Spitting after taking Pan / Pan Parag or Gutkha within Villa premises is strictly prohibited.
Random uses of glue / gum, paints, cello tape or nails on the walls and displacement ofVilla’s furniture is strictly restricted.
For the preparation of Biriyani or Tandoori, prior permission is to be taken from the Villaauthority
The main entrance of the Villa will be closed fora period from 1A.M. to 6A.M.
For keeping the main entrance open after 1A.M., prior permission is to be taken from thesecurity authority of the Villa.
The time period for playing / utilizing the music system of the Villa is from 5P.M. to 11P.M.Outside music system will not be allowed inside the Villa
Outsider Flower Decorator and decorators or electricians are not allowed inside the Villa.
